Kim is a life time resident of Sterling CO.  She received her broker license in 1996 and worked for another brokerage until 2000.  That year, she became partners with another realtor creating CHOICE Real Estate.  January 1, 2009 Kim and her partner split the business and she became affiliated within the next few weeks.
As a mother of 4 and with her husband serving on the Sterling City Council, Kim knows the community and school system and how important those are for people coming into the area.  And if there is a question someone has and she doesn't know the answer, chances are she can find out quickly.
